Free Comic Book Day saw this new comic from Arcana, This and this ain’t your mama’s Oz, I tell you what!

Deep below the Emerald City is where you’ll find Victoria, a munchkin with a heart of gold. She helps keeps the city running, both with her talent with the machinery and her good nature. But when the Witch kidnaps her & tells her she must make the current mayor, The Tin Man, stop expanding or risk destroying everything, it begins an adventure of munchkin proportion.

Combining Steampunk & Oz brings you The Steam Engines of Oz, the artwork capture last every detail, from the threads in the cogs to the design of the Witch’s face. Cleanly drawn, matching both bright oz-like colors and metal shine, it does well matching the combination of the two. I will definitely be waiting in the wings for the next issue!
